Abastumani, with its historical and cultural heritage, unique therapeutic potential, and extremely interesting tourist destination, holds a prominent place in Georgia's state policy of regional development.

Naturally, there is also interest from the private sector. Redix is implementing several significant investment projects in Abastumani, including:

Royal Abastumani - A historic bath complex, a landmark with an investment value of 12 million USD. The project aims to restore the building to its original appearance, preserving significant heritage and carrying out classic restoration. The renovated bath complex will include cold and hot sulfur pools, a modern spa area, a small museum concept on the first floor, and 5 hotel rooms.

Hotel "Vardzia" - One of the first hotels in Abastumani. Redix is leading the rehabilitation of the building, which holds the status of a historic monument, and returning it to its original function. The investment value of this modern family-type and mid-segment hotel is 12 million USD, and it will employ 45 people. The project is currently undergoing procedural agreement processes.

Hotel "Agobili" - A 140-room premium-class international spa hotel. The investment for the implementation of the "Agobili" project is 30 million USD, and it will employ up to 100 people. The hotel is aimed at the premium segment.
